Issued monthly as part of the rental payment process. Your statement shows charges and all the payments. We can also provide annual statements which help landlords with their tax returns (this is an additional service)

Release
At the end of the tenancy, once all parties agree how the deposit will be repaid we will process the deposit release
Landlord Payments
Once the rent is collected, we process landlord payments (daily) and the rental statement is issued showing all agreed deductions.
